The User Experience course covered: user experience mapping, analysing user information, utilizing information in design, and design testing and evaluation.

The Prototyping course covered: iterative design, user interface visuals, tools for prototyping, implementation of the prototype, and user testing.

The Digital Service Design course covered: graphical design principles, existing technologies and APIs to develop and implement a digital service, and development technologies for testing and evaluating the designs.
