Seekall v2.0

Seekall was created by Eficode's Digital Product Builders team and it is a facebook messenger chatbot that gives Helsinki's volunteer organizations and city officials a platform to connect to both citizens and tourists and help them discover Helsinki and the city's numerous events, activities and stories.

I was part of a Scrum team of 6 student developers and designers who worked for stage two of the Seekall project with Eficode and the client Kansallinen Kaupunkipuisto Helsinkiin. We worked on a 5-day Sprint from December 11-15, 2017.

The brief was to bring improvement to Seekall by introducing additional features.

​

The team decided to add two use cases about the content generation part of the bot. We added the ability of event creators to propose events and for an event moderator to approve/decline the proposals.

The work I have done for this project are:

• Participated in the v2.0 concept and features design

• Created the user/process flows

• Designed the form for getting user preferences

• Created the chatbot mock-ups and wireframes for proposing events and for getting user preferences
